01Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering, accessing, or using the winbox03 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement is legally binding.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the winbox03 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

02Member Eligibility

To open an account and use winbox03 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration
• Be in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is permitted under local law
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program at winbox03 or any related platform
• Not represented by a proxy, bot, or automated agent during the registration process

Winbox03 applies strict KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to ensure all members meet the eligibility requirements. This process includes identity verification, address verification, and source of funds verification for specific cases.

03Registration & Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration will result in account cancellation.

Each individual is only permitted to own one active account at winbox03 at any one time. If you find that you have accidentally opened more than one account, please contact our customer support team immediately for resolution.

• Account passwords are entirely the user's responsibility — choose a strong and unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Update your profile information whenever there are changes to your personal details
• Report to winbox03 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

04Deposit & Payment Methods

All deposits into a winbox03 account must be made using a valid payment method in your own name. winbox03 does not accept deposits from third parties or through payment methods not registered under the relevant member's name.

Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, direct bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed through secure, licensed payment gateways.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 for most payment methods
• No processing fees are charged by winbox03 for all deposits
• Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are credited instantly to your winbox03 account
• Winbox03 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding certain limits

05Fund Withdrawal

Winbox03 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the specified timeframe. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain approved situations.

• Full KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering requirements before the relevant amount can be withdrawn
• Winbox03 reserves the right to request supporting documents for processing larger withdrawals
• Suspicious withdrawals or those inconsistent with account activity may be placed on hold for investigation

If your withdrawal is taking longer than usual, please contact the winbox03 customer support team with your transaction reference number for a status update.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by winbox03 are subject to specific terms and rules stated on their respective promotion pages. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering (rollover/turnover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Bonus abuse, including two-way betting to meet wagering requirements, is prohibited

07Games & Wagering Rules

All games available in the winbox03 Game Lobby are operated using software certified by independent regulatory bodies. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

• Game outcomes generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, winbox03 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet
• The use of unauthorized automation software, bots, or analytical systems is strictly prohibited
• Collusion between players to influence game outcomes is a serious violation

08Prohibited User Conduct

• Violation of any terms within this document
• Suspected activity related to fraud or money laundering
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Winbox03 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. However, we make every effort to maintain the highest possible level of platform availability.

Winbox03 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical failures or internet service disruptions beyond our control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password
• Game outcomes resulting from a misunderstanding of the game rules
• Losses arising from wagering activities you knowingly undertake

12Terms & Conditions Amendment

Winbox03 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

For material and significant amendments, winbox03 will endeavor to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use after amendments are posted will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
